In order to become an exhibitor…… 

1.  You must be a member of  CCoA.  If you are not a member, go to the CCoA website <> where you will find a membership application form and information about how to join.  (You can also join CCoA using the Application and Agreement form provided through the link at the bottom of this page.)

2.  To join the Gallery, you must also send CCoA a check for $20 and an application for a Gallery membership.  The link at the bottom of this web page will take you to an application form which must be mailed to CCoA.

3.  You must also sign an Agreement form, also available at the same link below, and submit it together with your application and check.

4.  You must have the ability to load digital images of your work onto a computer with which you can access the internet. (After you join the Gallery, you will receive further instructions on uploading your images through the internet using any browser.)

5.  Mail the completed Application and Agreement with your check for the $20 annual Gallery fee, PLUS any CCoA membership dues, if necessary, to the address on the top of the application.

6.   If you are already a member of CCoA, please note the month and year your membership renewal will be due.  (Memberships generally are renewable in March of each year.  CCoA plans that in the future Gallery fees and membership renewals will be paid annually on the same schedule.)  If you are applying to the Gallery between October 1, 2006 and March, 2007, and your CCoA membership renewal is due in or before March 2007, you may pay half of the annual fee, $10, for Gallery privileges from your sign-up date until your CCoA membership renewal date.  From then on, Gallery and CCoA memberships will be payable at the same time for a full year.

Please write "initial part-year fee" on your application if you are paying $10 as an initial Gallery fee.
